3 years ago, my life got flipped completely upside down.
At the young age of 27, my sister, my best friend in the world, tragically and suddenly passed away in the middle of the night.
I was devastated. Lost and broken don’t even begin to describe the way that I felt.
I believe that there is a reason for everything, but I was struggling to find the meaning behind the misery.
In the middle of the pain, I eventually found my life’s purpose:
My sister had struggled with weight for her entire life. She went from being overweight to suffering with eating disorders. This struggle ignited a fire inside of me to use what I know to help women just like my sister. Women just like YOU.
